A market survey by Newsmen showed that retail outlets of NNPCL in Abuja have adjusted their fuel pump price to N1335 per litre from N1364. The Jigawa State House of Assembly has suspended the Speaker of the Auyo Legislative Council, Haruna Maigari, over alleged anti-party activities. The Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted four out of the five accused persons put on trial by the Department of State Services, DSS, over the June 5, 2022 attack on Saint Francis Catholic Church, Owo, in Ondo State. Forty-three worshipers were killed in the attack. Five accused persons were put on trial by the DSS for alleged complicity in the crime but only four were convicted.
